So, the girls survived Kickboxing with (almost) no injuries at all!! Muffin is complaining that her back hurts from where she did sit ups on the floor, but then she is pretty unpadded so I can see why that’d happen. Not only did they survive it but they’ve booked in for next weeks session too.

The girls are going to try kickboxing Saturday! Along with their free unlimited swims their membership also includes children’s fitness classes so they thought they’d give it a try… Could be interesting! Heard Yogi’s heart rate, which is so cool and he/she has a normal rate of about 130bpm – Boo’s remained at around 90bpm throughout pregnancy and resulted in trips to Guys and then the Evalina Childrens hospital once that opened plus weekly appointments with the consultant at the Royal Sussex.
